Professor Thomas F. Glick




Professor of History and Gastronomy at Boston University where he teaches courses on the history of science and technology and food history. He is co-chair (with Janet Browne) of the Greater Boston Darwin Bicentennial Committee, and co-director (with Eve-Marie Engels) of the "Darwin in Europe" Project.
